Short answer
The Pasco County Schools 2026-2027 student calendar runs from Thursday 13 August 2026 to Friday 28 May 2027. It was approved by the School Board on 4 November 2025 and the district publishes it as a printable PDF, a live Google Calendar and a subscribe feed. Thanksgiving break is 23-27 November, winter break 21 December to 1 January with students back on 5 January, and spring break 22-26 March 2027. The calendar is not in MyPascoConnect; the launchpad has no calendar tile.

As far as I can read the PDF, report cards go out on 16 October 2026, 11 January 2027 and 5 April 2027, with progress reports roughly mid-quarter on 18 September, 20 November, 11 February and 23 April. Quarter lengths are 41, 44, 52 and 44 days. The fourth-quarter report card date is not one I could confirm from the PDF text, so check the district's copy for that one.

The useful bit
How to subscribe to the Pasco County Schools calendar
A printed calendar goes stale the moment a date changes, and Pasco explicitly reserves the right to change dates after storm closures. A subscribed feed updates itself. This is the option almost nobody uses and the one most families actually want.
Copy the district feed address
The district's public Google Calendar feed is webcal://www.google.com/calendar/ical/d31uqp97ui8r9k35bqt1cr5b5k%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics. It is the same calendar embedded on the district's calendar page.
iPhone, iPad or Mac
Open the webcal link and confirm. It lands in the Calendar app and refreshes on its own whenever the district edits a date.
Google Calendar and Android
Use the district's add-to-calendar link, confirm, and let the phone sync. Google documents the per-platform steps in its calendar help.
Outlook
Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, paste the feed address, name it Pasco County Schools and click Import. It updates automatically from then on.

What the district calendar leaves out
The district calendar covers term start and end dates, holidays and non-student days. It does not cover a specific school's open house, picture day, early dismissal or exam week. Those come from your school's own site, and where the two disagree about a school-level event, the school is right.
| Looking for | Where it actually is |
|---|---|
| Teacher work days, pay-type calendars, furlough days | HR work calendars, not the student calendar |
| Testing windows | Uniform Assessment Calendar. Florida uses FAST progress monitoring, not the retired FSA |
| Bell times | District bell schedule page |
| Your child's class schedule | myStudent parent portal or Pasco One |
| School choice application windows | 2026-27 ran 7-20 Jan, 13-17 Apr and 15-19 Jun 2026; see the parent account page |
If a date changed mid-year
Hurricane closures are the usual cause in Florida, and the district may add days or shift start and end times afterwards to meet state instructional-time rules. The 12 February and 16 April student days and the 1-4 June block are the pre-planned make-up slots. When the district uses them, the Google Calendar and the subscribe feed update; a PDF you downloaded in August does not.
