DMCA and Trademark Notice

How to report infringing material, and our trademark position.

Last verified against district sources: 2026-08-30 · Not affiliated with Pasco County Schools, ClassLink, Focus or Instructure

Last updated: 7 August 2026

The short version

If material on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, tell us and we will act. We respond to valid notices promptly and we do not require a lawsuit to remove something that should not be here.

Trademark notice

MyPascoConnect, ClassLink, LaunchPad, myStudent, Focus, myLearning and Canvas are the trademarks of their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the District School Board of Pasco County, Pasco County Schools, ClassLink Inc., Focus School Software or Instructure Inc.

Those names are used descriptively — to identify the systems these guides explain — in the way any independent help resource or commentary does. No claim of ownership or endorsement is made or implied. Every page carries a visible disclaimer and links to the official district portal.

How to send a notice

Email contact [at] mypascoconnect.autos with "DMCA" or "Legal" in the subject line. Please include:

  • The exact URL or URLs on this site that you are complaining about.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is infringed, and where the original appears.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that under penalty of perjury you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review notices on receipt. Where a complaint is clearly valid we remove or amend the material first and discuss afterwards — we would rather take something down than argue about it. Where a complaint is unclear we will ask for detail before acting.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including the material removed, its former location, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

This site does not host user-submitted content — there are no accounts, uploads or comments — so there is no user account to terminate. All content here is written by this site's editorial team.

Requests from Pasco County Schools

If you represent the district, ClassLink, Focus or Instructure and have a concern about how your name or material is used here, write to the address above. We will act on a reasonable request without requiring formal process.
