We are an independent guide. We cannot access, reset, unlock or look up any Pasco County Schools account, grade, attendance record or enrolment. If your question is about a real account, writing to us will only delay you — the district is the only party that can act.

What we do want to hear about
- Something on this site is wrong. Tell us which page and what is incorrect. Corrections take priority over everything else we do.
- Something is out of date. District systems change and pages go stale.
- A page is inaccessible. Screen reader, keyboard, contrast or zoom problems are treated as bugs.
- A guide is missing a step that stopped you from finishing a task.
- Someone is impersonating this site or asking for credentials while claiming to be us.

We read everything and reply to correction reports. Please include the page address and, for a factual correction, a source we can check.
Never send us a password. Not yours, not your child's, not a student ID with a password attached. We do not need them, cannot use them, and will delete any message containing credentials without acting on it.
Legal and takedown
For trademark, copyright or takedown matters, write to the same address with "Legal" in the subject line and include the specific URL and the nature of the complaint. We act on valid notices promptly.
